Join Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed and help create safe, engaging, and high-quality aquatics programs that serve our community. As the Aquatics Program Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting swim lessons, recreational aquatics, and staff development while helping provide exceptional experiences for participants of all ages. In this role, you'll recruit, train, schedule, and support aquatics staff, oversee programs and facilities, teach American Red Cross lifeguard certification courses, and collaborate with teams across Community Ed to ensure successful program delivery. You'll also help promote programs, support continuous improvement efforts, and serve as a leader within the Community Ed management team. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and collaborative leader with experience in aquatics or recreation, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing staff and delivering outstanding programs. Supervisory experience is preferred, along with current (or the ability to obtain) American Red Cross safety certifications. Evening and weekend availability is required as programs operate outside traditional business hours.
