The Outdoor and Recreation Supervisor provides leadership for assigned Community Ed programs, with a strong focus on developing, growing, and delivering high-quality programming that meets community needs and supports the success of Community Ed. The role leads program planning and implementation, supervises staff, manages budgets, oversees the Babler Outdoor Education Center and rentals, and builds relationships with schools, community organizations, and program partners.
