Individuals who obtain the AFO credential are knowledgeable in the systematic approach to pool operations including pool chemistry\, management\, pool safety\, and risk reduction. The 18-hour course features the AFO Manual\, which is revised every three years to stay current with changing technology.The text is reader-friendly and enjoyable. At the end of the course\, students will receive 1.5 CEUs and a certificate of completion. Those who successfully pass the exam will become certified aquatic facility operators. A minimum of 15 attendees is required for the course to take place.
