Cancellations made before 21 calendar days (2/13/24) before the event are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations made 7 to 20 calendar days before the event will only be accepted for documented medical emergencies and are subject to a $75 processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given if the request is made within 7 calendar days of an event. Substitutions are allowed with no additional fee.
